KNOX CO., OH (WCMH) — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a possible murder-suicide west of Centerburg, a release said Saturday.

According to the release from the Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to 3424 Columbus Road on a welfare check after one of the residents didn’t show up at an event Saturday.

Officers found 63-year-old Brenda Crum and 65-year-old Charles Crum dead inside the home. Both appeared to have suffered from apparent gunshot wounds.
