CHANDLER, AZ (KPNX) — We first met Travis Rodgers a few days after pulling an unconscious man out of his car in a Chandler pond.

Life has been a lot different for Travis Rodgers since he pulled an unconscious man out of a sinking car in a Chandler, Arizona pond a few weeks ago.

He’s been honored for his heroics by Chandler police and even imitated by his friends in a costume on Halloween.

Despite all the attention, there was something missing, until now.

Tony Horvath was heading home from his son’s baseball game that night.

Horvath suffered an epileptic seizure and lost consciousness before veering off the road and plunging into that lake.

“The next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital,” Horvath said.

He knew nothing about the accident, or the fact that a stranger had saved his life.
