COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Protesters gathered at Ohio State University and at the Ohio Statehouse on Thursday to protest the nation’s choice of Donald Trump as the next president.

The protesters at the Ohio Union told NBC4 they came out for different reasons. Some were upset about Trump’s comments about sexually assaulting women, and others said they fear what might be ahead for many groups of people.
Another group of about 150 gathered at the Statehouse later Thursday.
Columbus was one of several cities to protest after Mr. Trump was elected.
