COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Michigan football head coach Jim Harbaugh typically refuses to release the two-deep depth chart before games. So the team Big Blue is facing this week, the Colorado Buffaloes, decided to poke a little fun.
CU will travel to the Big House in Ann Arbor to take on unbeaten and fourth-ranked Michigan this Saturday. Since the Wolverines do not release a depth chart ahead of their contests, the Buffaloes will not release one of their own – well, at least not a serious one.
Instead, Sports Information Director Dave Plati came up with this hilarious fake depth chart to troll that team up north.

“Since this week’s opponent, Michigan, does not issue a depth chart, our coaches felt we should refrain from making one public this week as well. So in the interim, we had a little fun,” the depth chart reads.
There are all sorts of new positions, including wide and thin receivers, not to mention free and costly safeties. There’s also a Holder, Snapper, and Grouper for Special Teams.
And it seems the Buffaloes have some real stars on their squad. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is starting at center, either Elmer Fudd or Danny DeVito will start at quarterback, and the Wolverines will have to deal with defensive tackle James Bond (who happens to be wearing number 007).
Our only question: Why is The Dude Lebowski a backup? We’re pretty certain he should be a starter in the ‘Roamer Dude’ position.
