FAUQUIER COUNTY, VA (WCMH) — A Virginia woman says she doesn’t tolerate trespassing on her property, be it on land or in the air.
So when a drone came flying on to her turf, Jennifer Youngman loaded up her shotgun, took aim and blasted the drone out of the sky.
“It scattered in pieces and then the men started to come up here and I said, ‘I’ve called the police. You’re trespassing.’ There are signs down here,” Youngman told CNN affiliate WJLA-TV.
Youngman claims she did it to protect herself and her famous neighbor, Robert Duvall. The actor hasn’t mentioned the drone shooting, but she tells WJLA she’s pretty certain he’d be fine with what she did.
Youngman says she’d do it again in a heartbeat. She added that her only regret is that the debris left from the drone caused her tractor to get a flat tire.What others are clicking on:
