CLEVELAND, OH (WCMH) — The celebration of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ 2016 NBA Championship will continue Wednesday with a parade followed by a rally.

The Cavaliers announced today that the parade will start at 11am near Quicken Loans Arena, and that Ohio State University Marching Band, floats, and of course appearances by members of the NBA World Champions team.

The parade will travel the streets of downtown Cleveland and will be followed by a rally on Mall B. The rally will feature a special program of celebration with an array of entertainment, special presentations and celebrations.

Fans are invited to line the parade route that will start in front of the Q on Huron Road to (left) Ontario Street, to (left) Carnegie Avenue, (left) on East 9th Street to (left) Lakeside Avenue ending at East 6th Street.

The Cavs beat the Golden State Warriors Sunday night, 93-89, to overcome a 3 games to 1 deficit to win the NBA Championship.

St. Clair Avenue is already closed between East Mall Drive and West Mall Drive, and will be closed until 9 p.m. Wednesday.

The following streets in Cleveland will be closed before the parade and re-open at 9 p.m.
