DELAWARE (WCMH)–A former chess instructor accused of inappropriately touching two of his students has been found guilty on two counts.
F. Leon Wilson was charged with three counts of gross sexual imposition after two separate incidents last year. Each charge carries a school specification.
A Delaware County jury found him guilty on the first and third counts according to Julie Datko, public information officer with the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office.
Wilson was on trial for allegedly touching two of his chess students Inappropriately. One was four years old, the other seven, both girls.
This was the second trial for Wilson. The first trial, in October 2015, resulted in a hung jury.
