COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The ramp from Interstate 70 west to Interstate 71 south will not reopen at 6am as previously scheduled.
The ramp was closed overnight to make emergency repairs on a patch of concrete in the single travel lane that was no longer safe and passable.
Crews initially expected to reopen the road by 6am. Shortly before 6am, ODOT said the newly poured concrete is still too soft to support traffic.
Detour is I-70 west to SR 315 north to Dublin Road to SR 315 south to I-71 south.
It is not known when the ramp will reopen.What others are clicking on:
