COLUMBUS (WCMH) — A serious crash has closed U.S. 23 northbound in front of Scioto Downs on the city’s south side.
Columbus police say three people were injured and one of those victims was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Police say alcohol is suspected to be involved.
