OAKLAND (KRON) – Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry has been diagnosed with a Grade 1 MCL sprain and will be out for two weeks.
The reigning MVP missed Game 2 and Game 3 with ankle and foot issues, but managed to play in Game 4. However, he slipped to end the first half and was diagnosed with a knee sprain. Curry tried to play in the second half, but was unable to give it a go. Shaun Livingston started in his place.
The Warriors ended up blowing out the Rockets and now have a 3-1 series lead. Game 5 will be Wednesday night at Oracle Arena. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.What others are clicking on:
