(NBC) — Friday’s “Dateline” is an all-new two-hour episode on the murder of a celebrity hairdresser and the jury delivered their verdict just hours before.

Here is a preview of Josh Mankiewicz’s report:

He was a star in his business.

JOSH: Celebrity hairdresser.

MONICA: Pretty much, celebrity hairdresser.

His name, Fabio Sementelli — his skill, his creativity and his wife Monica at his side. All worked together to build the kind of successful life people dream about.

JOE: They were beautiful. A beautiful couple.

STEPHANIE: He adored her.

Who could have imagined it would end like this?

911 CALL: Oh my God, my dad!

The investigation would uncover unlikely suspects.

JOE: We’re all trying to figure this out, “How could this be?”

Lust, greed and secret relationships.

JOSH: And that points people to murder.

MITIZ: Exactly. Tale as old as time.

“Dateline: The Widow of Woodlands Hills,” airs Friday at 9 p.m. on NBC4.
