COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One man is dead following a shooting in southeast Columbus.

According to police, officers went to the 3100 block of Harshman Drive near Etna on reports of a shooting at 2:29 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Police pronounced a man dead at 2:37 p.m. on the scene. On Monday afternoon, police identified the victim as 22-year-old Trayven Thompson.

Police said they were unable to provide suspect information at this time. The shooting occurred at the Amesbury Apartments, and portions of the parking lot were shut off as the investigation continues.
