COLUMBUS (WCMH) – Overnight snowfall made a mess of central Ohio roads Tuesday morning.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 10am for much of central Ohio. All told, there should be between two and five inches of snow by the time it’s all over.

The Ohio Department of Transportation reports they have 120 plows working to clear the roads in Central Ohio. Drivers are working 12-hour shifts.

If you see the green, white and amber lights from a snow plow, ODOT wants to remind you to give them room to work.

As of midnight, Columbus crews are treating Priority I routes. You can check Warrior Watch to see which roads have been treated.

Several school districts have decided to delay or cancel school for Tuesday morning. Make sure you check the closings list before you head out.
