A Mississippi woman walked away from a high-speed crash unscathed, and the surveillance video of the crash has gone viral.

Rankin County investigators say Shelby Lynne May, 24, was driving a car at more than 100 miles an hour when the car struck a curb, flipped over and came to rest between two gas station pumps.

“Actually a Rankin County Constable, he was leaving a business near the service station. She had overcorrected, gone into oncoming traffic, nearly had an accident there with another vehicle, crossed back over and that’s when she hit the curb and went airborne,” Rankin County Undersheriff Raymond Duke told WLBT.

Surveillance video shows May walking away from the crash right after her car came to rest upright between the gas station pumps. Luckily, no bystanders or other drivers were injured either.

According to WLBT, May was arrested and charged with a DUI after she was examined at a local hospital. Her bail was set at $1,500, which she posted Friday morning. Her next court date is July 10.
