BOULDER, CO (WKBN/WCMH) – Heiress Paris Hilton announced her engagement to a Howland High School graduate on social media on Tuesday.

Hilton has been dating Chris Zylka, a 32-year-old actor and model who grew up in Youngstown. He was born Chris Settlemire, according to PEOPLE (Zylka is his mother’s maiden name). He played football and majored in art at the University of Toledo.

He proposed during a ski trip in Aspen, Colorado. The pair were posing for a photo after getting lunch in Boulder when Zylka dropped to one knee with a 20-carat, $2 million engagement ring modeled after her mother’s.

“I said Yas! So happy & excited to be engaged to the love of my life,” Hilton wrote in the caption. “My best friend & soulmate. Perfect for me in every way. So dedicated, loyal, loving & kindhearted. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world! You are my dream come true! Thank you for showing me that fairytales do exist.”

Zylka has appeared on TV in “The Leftovers,” “Everybody Hates Chris,” “Hannah Montana,” “90210,” and 2017 drama “Novitiate.”
