Among the critical violations the Franklin County Public Health Department uncovered at Crowne Plaza, 600 Metro Place N, include the following:

• Black bean soup and aioli past their expiration dates
• Uncovered foods not date-marked
• Inspectors also noted that shelving, overhead of tables, and the toaster plate is in need of cleaning
