COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Time is winding down to explore the Ohio Village which is part of the Ohio History Center.

The museum will close temporarily on August 4 until 2026 to make room for some new upgrades and experiences.

Before it closes, you can join in on the Founders Day Celebration on July 27. The museum is celebrating 50 years of providing guests with a glimpse into the 19th century.

If you purchase a ticket to the Ohio State Fair on July 24 through August 4, you can visit the Ohio History Center and Ohio Village for free.
