CLEVELAND, OH (WCMH) — Emily Serian was born in 1912, and saw the Cleveland Indians win the World Series in 1948, but she wants another.
At 104, Serian may be the Indians oldest living fan, and she has a message to this year’s team: “Win one before I die!” she told WEWS.
Serian has lived through women’s suffrage, prohibition and the Great Depression, but she’s always kept her love for her Indians.
She even threw out the first pitch for the Tribe at her 100 birthday, and now wants one more World Series championship from her team.
“That’s what I want and I’ve told them enough, I think they know it now.”
