COLUMBUS (WCMH) – A motorcyclist was killed in a serious crash early this morning in east Columbus.
The crash happened shortly before 2:30am on east 5th Avenue east of Leonard Avenue.
Initial reports indicated that a motorcyclist struck the side of a concrete wall.
The motorcyclist was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition where he later died.
East 5th Ave. was closed in the area and reopened shortly after 5am.
