HERMINIE, PA (WCMH) – An anonymous donor walked into a Pennsylvania elementary school and paid off the overdue lunch balance for all of its students.

“There are very good people in this world,” said Dr. Amy Larcinese, Principal of H.W. Good Elementary School.

More than 300 students attend the school, and many of them had overdue balances, KDKA reported.

“I know that it’s not that they don’t want to pay their account balances they just can’t afford to do it right now.”

Then, the Secret Santa arrived.

“Showed up here yesterday with a check paid off all the account balances and even paid for a child’s lunch for the rest of the month,” said Larcinese.

The parents of the children whose accounts are now in the black will soon get a note telling them that everything is squared. They won’t be told who did it.

“He does not want to be recognized. No. I am sworn to secrecy,” Larcinese said.
