DALLAS, TX (WCMH) — Police are searching for the man accused of assaulting a Texas Burger King worker after he didn’t like the milkshake he bought.

According to KTVT, Alejandra Estrada was working at a Burger King in the Dallas-Fort Worth area when a man entered the restaurant and ordered a milkshake.

In surveillance video, after receiving the milkshake, the man can be seen throwing the drink, then a chair before jumping the counter.

“And I said, ‘Hey, what are you doing? Stop it! Don’t do that.’” said Estrada.

Estrada says the man got angry and attacked her because he didn’t like the milkshake she made for him. Now, she’s scared to go back to work. “He tried to kill me. ‘I’m going to kill you. I’m going to kill you.’ I’m like, “Oh God, no, no, no.”
