FORT THOMAS, Ky. (WCMH)–On Saturday, rescue crews were able to recover a car that went over a Cincinnati-area bridge 11 days ago and plunged into the Ohio River.

WLWT reports that currents have been too strong for divers to retrieve the car, which is about 27 feet under the water. Authorities said a body was inside the car when it was recovered. It has not yet been removed from the car.

Crews worked for several hours before they were able to lift the car from the water and place it onto a barge.What others are clicking on:
