Bruce Willis film ‘First Kill’ passes up Cincinnati to film in Columbus

COLUMBUS (WCMH) – ‘First Kill,’ a new movie starring Bruce Willis will soon start filming in Columbus, after a last-minute decision to pull out of Cincinnati.

“Cincy was too busy for us,” Miller told WCPO.

Director Steven C. Miller has been active on Twitter scouting potential filming locations over the last week.

According to Deadline, “Willis will play a police chief who tries to solve a kidnapping, with a ticking clock. After a man and his son witness a thug shooting a bank thief while on a hunting trip, the bank robber takes the boy hostage, in order to recover the key to a locker that contains the loot from the bank heist.”

Willis and Miller previously worked together in ‘Mauraders,’ a direct-to-VOD bank heist thriller.
