DUBLIN, Ohio (COLUMBUS BUSINESS FIRST) — A Cenovus Energy subsidiary that is growing its workforce in Dublin wants to move its regional headquarters to one of the city’s buzziest developments.

Dublin City Council recently approved an economic development agreement with Husky Marketing and Supply Co., which handles sales, marketing and logistics for the Canada-based energy company. The agreement will provide Husky with a five-year payroll withholding performance incentive of up to $442,000 for creating and retaining jobs in the city.

The performance incentive is contingent upon Cenovus providing documentation of a seven-year lease within Dublin’s Bridge Park area by Dec. 31, according to city documents. The company’s current regional headquarters is located at 5550 Blazer Pkwy., which is on the southwest side of the city.
