Columbus police arrest two men, one a U.S. Marshals most-wanted fugitive

COLUMBUS (WCMH) —  Columbus police arrested 31-year-old Brandon Nolan and James Thompson Wednesday morning while investigating an unrelated burglary.

While police were investigating the aggravated burglary on South Warren Avenue, officers requested a search warrant for an apartment in the 500 block of South Ogden Ave. for evidence connected to the burglary.


While conducting the search, police arrested Nolan and Thompson on unrelated charges.

According to court records, Nolan was wanted on two counts of felonious assault where the victim was seriously harmed.

In April the U.S. Marshals added Nolan their most-wanted fugitives list.

Thompson was wanted for a robbery parole violation.

Wayne Romine II, 24, is listed as a suspect  from the aggravated burglary on S. Warren Ave.Keep checking NBC4i.com for real-time updates on this story.
