WATSONVILLE, CA (KSBW) — Police in Watsonville, California have a message for gang members: The house on Ford Street that you have targeted twice over the past couple of months with shootings is not home to the teenager you’re trying to kill.
Adolfo Pantoja, 18, does not live on Ford Street anymore, Watsonville police said.
Pantoja moved out a few months ago, and he is currently an inmate in the Santa Cruz County Jail.
A new family with several young children and no gang ties has moved into the house, police Sgt. Eric Montalbo said.
One of the children, a 9-year-old boy, was shot while he was sleeping in his bedroom on March 8. The boy recovered at a trauma center.
Gang members shot at the house again on Sunday night. The family was home at the time, but no one inside was injured. Numerous bullet holes remained in the front windows on Tuesday, and a baby stroller was on the front porch.Read more: http://bit.ly/1UgVbjkWhat others are clicking on:
