COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH)–The Franklin County Coroner says a 46-year-old woman was strangled to death at a homeless camp Tuesday.
Police say Cathleen Howatt was found dead around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in a large homeless camp on the Old Mound Street Road near Interstate 70, in the area of Miranova.
Columbus police arrested Danny Johnson, 34, and charged him with murder in Howatt’s death.
