Doors open again for Rock on the Range after severe weather passes Columbus

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Rock on the Range organizers are letting concertgoers back into Mapfre Stadium, as severe weather has left the area.

The stadium was evacuated shortly after 3pm.

Doors will reopen at 7:10, staff said on Facebook.

The following bands are still scheduled to perform: Of Mice & Men, Gojira, Motionless In White, Bush, Sum 41, Norma Jean, Chevelle, Pierce The Veil and Live.

The night will end with a special tribute to Chris Cornell, the Soundgarden frontman who died Thursday. Soundgarden was scheduled to be the final show Friday.
