The 2015 Jazz and Rib Fest will be held Friday, July 17, through Sunday, July 19. Motorists are advised to be alert for extra pedestrian and bicycle traffic in and around the Arena District. Participants are encouraged to walk, bike, take COTA or carpool to the event to help with traffic and parking.Street Closures for the event:Wednesday, July 15, beginning at 9 a.m.
- Hanover Street will close between West Spring Street and West Long Street.
Thursday, July 16, beginning at 9 a.m.
- West Long Street between Hocking Street and Marconi Boulevard will close.
- Two lanes of West Long Street will be open for Friday, July 17, morning rush hour from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
- Neil Avenue between West Spring Street and West Long Street will close.
- Two lanes of Neil Avenue between New Public Lane and West Long Street will be open for Friday, July 17, morning rush hour from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Thursday, July 16, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
- West Spring Street between West Street and Hanover Street will close.
- Neil Avenue between New Public Lane and West Spring Street will close. Local access to the North Bank Condos will be maintained.
- John H. McConnell Boulevard between New Public Lane and West Spring Street will close.
- West Street between West Nationwide Boulevard and Marconi Boulevard will be closed to through traffic.
- Cozzins Street immediately north of West Spring Street will close.
Also, expect various single lane closures in this area beginning today, Tuesday, July 14.
Motorists should consider I-670 or West Broad Street as east/west alternates. All streets and lanes will be open by 6 a.m., Monday, July 20.
