COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Every four years, we celebrate a little day known as Leap Day. That day is today, and there are some big deals to help you celebrate.
Pizza Hut:

If you were lucky enough to be born on February 29, then there’s a free pizza waiting for you. Anyone who shows a valid government-issued photo ID proving they were born on Leap Day will get a free, one-topping Personal Pan Pizza from Pizza Hut. The deal is for carryout only.
Hungry Howie’s:
If that’s not enough pizza, check out Hungry Howie’s where anyone can get a large, one-topping pizza for just 29 cents on Leap Day. The Catch: You have to buy another large pizza with one or more toppings at regular price to get the deal.
Krispy Kreme:

Krispy Kreme is celebrating Leap Day by selling a dozen of its signature Original Glazed doughnuts for $2.29 with the purchase of another dozen at regular price. The offer is available at participating locations only.
McAlister’s Deli:
If a sweet treat is more your thing, just head over to McAlister’s Deli. The Atlanta, Georgia based chain is giving away free cookies to anyone born on Feb. 29, as long as you have valid photo identification.
Carrabba’s Italian Grill:
The Italian eatery is giving you 20-percent off your entire meal to celebrate Leap Day (the deal actually is good until March 6). You have to bring in a printable coupon to get the deal. You can grab it here.
Arby’s:

In what might be the most bizarre Leap Day deal of them all, the sandwich chain known for “having the meats” is offering a vegetarian menu for the day. The menu includes a vegetarian Roast Beef Sandwich, which is essentially two pieces of bread, and the Loaded Italian Sandwich, which is two pieces of bread and a few toppings – but no meat. We’re not sure if the chain confused Leap Day with April Fool’s Day, but either way you can read more about the vegetarian menu here.
