Music & Movie
Make tonight for the whole family with a concert and movie night all wrapped into one. Rhythm on the River presents Arnett Howard Band. The performance starts at 7:30pm at Bicentennial Park on Civic Center Drive. At dusk, enjoy a ‘Movie on the Mile’ featuring the family film ‘Inside Out’ where a young girl’s emotions are the main characters.
Rustbelt Poetry Slam
This two-day competition starts tonight at 7pm. The slam is free to all audience members. Support the arts this weekend and sit for a bout or two.
Medieval Faire
Travel back to the Renaissance at the Delaware County District Library Saturday. The Medieval Faire will feature the Knights of the Rose, an all female jousting troupe. Live performances will take place at 12:30pm and 2pm. There will also be crafts, archery practice and javelin throwing.
Short North Yard Sale
One man’s trash… you can see where we’re going with this. Find your treasure this Saturday from 9am until 3pm. Last year this yard sale has almost 200 homes participate! If you’re in the mood to spend, bring some petty cash or just browse through neighborhoods in and around the Short North!
Family Yoga
Batelle Darby Creek Metro Park has yoga for the whole family this Saturday. Bring your mat or blanket and join the fun. Yoga starts at 2pm.
Dog Hike
Bring your pup and enjoy the new pet trail at Clear Creek Metro Park this Saturday. The one-mile hike starts at 1pm.

Weekends are for live music. The World of Beer Outdoor Beer Garden will host the musical talents of Peer Pressure, Orion Difrano and Brave Weather on Saturday. The party starts tonight at 7pm and Saturday at 3pm on North High Street.

Enjoy a night on Worthington’s Village Green. Worthington is hosting this FREE family friendly event on Saturday from 4pm to 8:30pm. The night will include a visit from the Columbus Blue Jackets Street Hockey Team, the Columbus Clippers and more. The night will also feature live music and food.
