COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Governor John Kasich has ordered flags be flown at half-staff on the day of fallen Columbus Police Officer Steven Smith’s funeral.
Kasich issued the order Friday morning for Franklin and Licking counties.
The flags will remain at half-staff at all public buildings and grounds from sunrise to sunset on April 19.
Smith’s funeral will be held Tuesday and will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, at 313 North State Street in Westerville, beginning at 11am. There will be no graveside service.What others are clicking on:
