MANSFIELD, OH (WCMH) — The Bissman building has been a part of the downtown Mansfield landscape for 130 years. For seven generations the Bissman family has occupied the space with various businesses from a wholesale grocer to a printing company.

As it turns out the building is more than just that. The building is also a hotbed of paranormal activity attracting people from all over the world to make contact with the other side.

“We have one woman that’s been here 18 times and just loves the place. And other groups that has been here seven or eight times and they just continue to come and get great evidence,” said Benjamin Franklin Bissman IV. “They wouldn’t come back if there wasn’t something bringing them back. I’m thing always seems to draw them back. It’s like they’ve got to go up one more stair. Gets creepy. I get goosebumps.”

As Ben Bissman puts it, “not all the employees left at the end of their shift.”
