We asked you last week for the top spots to grab a taco, and you delivered the vital info! Here are your favorite places to grab a taco in the Columbus area!
Los Guachos Taqueria

These guys came in at #16 on the 50 best tacos spots in AMERICA. Need we say more?
Grab a Los Guachos-Style Taco with steak, cheese, bacon, green peppers and onions and it won’t take long to see why they’re such a talked about taco-joint. Delish also nominated them as one of the best places in the country for their taco al pastor.
They’ve got two locations in central Ohio: One on Godown Road in Columbus or on Cherry Bottom Road in Gahanna. There’s no excuse to head down to one of them to check them out!
Taqueria Jalisco
You guys mentioned this place so many times we had to check it out. These tacos come with friendly faces and a history of nine years in the business! These people know tacos! Try their signature carrots, a crowd favorite! Don’t forget to stop inside and try some natural waters and juices too! Ride down to Cleveland Avenue and eat these tacos!
Los Potosino
Whether you pick them up or have them delivered, Los Potosino tacos are known for flavor that keeps you coming back! They’re parked on East Long Street in Columbus, so grab one after a show at the Lincoln Theater.
Victor’s Taco Shop
This bright-green taco terminal looks small…the portions are anything but. The food is always made fresh, and there are options for the vegetarian taco lovers!
You can check out their new location on South Sandusky Street in Delaware.
Local Cantina
The Local Cantina is serving up hand-crafted tacos. Check out the Avocado B.L.T. for a change of pace, or get a classic grilled chicken taco with black beans, corn, salsa and chipotle agave drizzle. YUM!

It’s another chance to grab your tacos and guac on the go. Hass, on Sawmill Road, is pick-up or delivery (though they do have some seating inside) and you can skip all the fuss on the phone, just order through SkipTheDishes.com!
They have giant burritos and delicious tacos, and the portions are also a good size. We tried about six different varieties and liked all of them.
Cucos Taqueria

This joint started as a Mexican grocery store with a taco counter. Now it’s a restaurant serving up authentic Mexican cuisine Monday through Saturday.
We recommend you grab a Tonala platter for breakfast or go with a burrito for lunch. Check out Cuco’s on Henderson ASAP!
Charritos

This grill serves up your Mexican food dreams seven days a week. Check out the Tripa Taco if you’re feeling adventurous, or grab a Charrito Burrito with steak and a special sauce to get a taste for their personal flavor. Run down to Reed Road to try it.
The Brass Tap
While the Brass Tap prides itself on craft beer, if you pair a cold one with a spicy street taco, you can’t go wrong! Go with chicken topped with cabbage and poblano sauce, or try tilapia with shredded cabbage and peri-peri aioli! Check it out in the Polaris Parkway today!
