The Franklin County Public Health Departments has told a west side Columbus daycare center to clean up its act.
Literally.
In its last inspection, Daydream Daycare, 3077 Fisher Road, had 16 violations, five of them critical.
- Equipment and utensils not being sanitized
- Evidence of rodents including a dead mouse
In their report Monday, the inspector wrote that the “entire facility needs a thorough cleaning.” The inspector noted that kitchen cabinets and drawers needed to be cleaned, too.
The daycare center’s owner told NBC 4’s Tom Sussi that the building is undergoing a “deep-cleaning” and “some remodeling.”
