Three things you never want to see in a place that serves food.

The Columbus Public Health Department said it found roaches, both dead and alive, and evidence of mice and rats, at the New Taj Mahal, 2361 N. High St.

The restaurant has been cited for these violations during previous inspections, but they have failed to rid the building of the creepy crawlers, according to the health department.

The restaurant’s manager told NBC 4’s Tom Sussi that they have a certified pest control company and are on top of the problem.
