NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A judge expects a lawsuit involving Erin Andrews to take about two weeks after jury selection begins Monday.

The sports broadcaster filed a lawsuit over a 2008 incident, when Michael Barrett allegedly tampered with the peephole in Andrews’ Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt hotel room to record nude images of her.

Barrett was found guilty in the criminal case stemming from the incident and sentenced to two and a half years in federal prison.

Marriott International, Inc. released a statement saying they were dismissed from the case. The locally-run hotel is still included in the suit, along with Barrett.

An October amendment showed Andrews asked for $75 million in damages.
