NEWARK, OH (WCMH)– Deputies in Licking County have arrested a man and charged him with pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
According to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office, 52-year-old Kenneth England was arrested after he was found with child pornography during an ongoing investigation.
Deputies say charges stem from video evidence collected from a computer between 2009 and 2014.
Another piece of evidence collected against England was an out of state trip which included an interview with an alleged female victim found on a computer in England’s possession, according to deputies.
