Ohio State men’s basketball

  • Ohio State will take on Northwestern in a home matchup at 6:30 p.m.

Central Ohio Home and Garden Show

Ohio Expo Center, through Feb. 23

  • Kick off the spring season at the Central Ohio Home and Garden Show. The event will be hosted at the Bricker and Celeste buildings at the Ohio Expo Center. Explore indoor gardens for inspiration, get valuable home and garden advice and tackle your next big project.

Authors at the Library

Mershon Auditorium, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m.

  • Join travel writer and public television host Rick Steves as he recalls adventures from his new book On The Hippie Trail: Istanbul to Kathmandu and the Making of a Travel Writer. Tickets for the event are on sale now.

ACPA Black History Month Showcase and Open House

4401 Hilton Corporate Drive, Feb. 21 starting at 5:30 p.m.

  • Enjoy an evening honoring Black History Month with ACPA’s annual event. The open house starts at 5:30 p.m. and the student showcase begins at 6:45 p.m. Browse vendors including students and black-owned businesses, along with visual art, music, dance and more.

Ohio State women’s ice hockey

OSU Ice Rink, Feb. 21 and 22

  • Ohio State will face St. Cloud State on Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. and Feb. 22 at 3 p.m.

Bishop Backers Winter Community Day & Expo

 Ohio Wesleyan University, Feb. 22 starting at noon

  • The Battling Bishops men’s and women’s basketball teams play a senior day doubleheader against Denison University in Branch Rickey Arena. The Delaware Expo opens in Gordon Field House at noon to showcase local nonprofit organizations and businesses. The women’s basketball game will tip off at 1 p.m. and the men’s game at 3 p.m.

Love Bug Ball

6145 Emerald Parkway in Dublin, Feb. 22 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Hosted by The Gardner School of Dublin, enjoy an afternoon of fun with music, a photo booth, activities and more for the whole family.

Blue Jackets vs. Blackhawks

Nationwide Arena, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.

  • Columbus Blue Jackets hockey returns to Nationwide Arena after the NHL took two weeks off for the 4 Nations Face-Off. The Blue Jackets will face the Chicago Blackhawks at 7 p.m.

Crew vs. Fire

Lower.com Field, Feb. 22 at 7:30 p.m.

  • The Columbus Crew is back with its home opener against the Chicago Fire FC. Game theme is Goosebumps Night.
