COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – From the Arnold Sports Festival returning to Columbus, Justin Timberlake on tour at Nationwide Arena and the NHL Stadium Series game at Ohio Stadium, there’s so much to do in central Ohio. Here are things to see and do this weekend.

Arnold Sports Festival

Greater Columbus Convention Center, Feb. 27 to March 2

  • Check out a variety of strength competitions and exhibitions, along with hundreds of booths showcasing the latest sports equipment, apparel, nutrition and more at the annual festival. Arnold Expo Hours are Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.

Justin Timberlake

Nationwide Arena, Feb. 27 at 7:30 p.m.

  • Justin Timberlake: The Forget the World Tour is coming to Columbus in February, after the tour stop was rescheduled back in 2024. Timberlake will sing songs from his newest album, “Everything I Thought It Was” along with his other top hits.

Blooms and Butterflies

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, through July 6

  • Explore the exhibit featuring hundreds of exotic, vibrant butterflies. Visitors can also check out the Metamorphosis Lab to watch new butterflies emerging from their chrysalises each day. The exhibit is open now through July 6 with the best times to view the butterflies from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ohio State men’s hockey

Schottenstein Center, Feb. 28 at 6 p.m.

  • The Ohio State Buckeyes face the Michigan Wolverines in a home matchup. Puck drop is set for 6 p.m.

2025 Guns ‘N Hoses

Columbus Athenaeum, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m.

  • Watch Police vs. Fire in a boxing battle royale at the Columbus Athenaeum. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the first fight kicking off at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.

CCS JazzFest

Lincoln Theatre, March 1 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • Hosted by the Columbus Jazz Arts Group, enjoy performances from schools across the district while spotlighting jazz music. The event is free and open to the public.

NHL Stadium Series: Blue Jackets vs. Red Wings

Ohio Stadium, March 1 at 6 p.m.

  • The Blue Jackets face the Detroit Red Wings in an outdoor game at Ohio Stadium. Before the puck drop, several events will be held before the game with a fan festival and pep rally. Tickets for the NHL Stadium Series are on sale. For details on the pregame festivities, click here.

Buckeye Comic Con

Aladdin Shrine Center in Grove City, March 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • This Columbus favorite in its 30th year, showcasing several vendors, 100,000 comics and more. Cash admission is $8, while kids 8 years and younger are free.
