More additions are coming soon, including Italian restaurant Bar Italia, which will open in 2025, according to Easton. Bar Italia is a concept by Rick Doody, who started his career in the restaurant industry at Lindey’s in German Village, which was opened by his mother in 1981.

Altar’d State, a women’s clothing chain with a store at Polaris Fashion Place, will also join the shopping center at 3961 Easton Station. Additionally, Faherty, a men and women’s surf-inspired clothing store, will open in The Strand.

Diamond Cellar has plans to expand its current store and offer an expanded collection, including luxury brands such as Rolex and Patek Philippe. An Easton spokesperson said the Diamond Cellar expansion and new shops are expected to open in 2025.
