COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is dead after a shooting Sunday evening in southeast Columbus.

Columbus police said officers were called to the 1600 block of East Livingston Avenue in the Driving Park neighborhood at 11:45 p.m. on reports of a shooting. One male victim, identified as 47-year-old Jehad Alzaben, was found with gunshot wounds and taken to a nearby hospital before being pronounced dead at 12:30 a.m. Monday.

Alzaben was the owner of Livingston Market, and there has been an outpouring of kind words and mourners on social media for him. At 9 p.m. on Monday, the Livingston Area Merchants Association is hosting a vigil in his honor outside his carryout store.

Columbus police released the below surveillance photos of people being sought in connection to the shooting; investigators are also seeking any video evidence from the area featured on the map below.
