DELAWARE, OH (WCMH) – The Delaware Police Department says the report of a possible child enticement incident is unfounded.
After seeing posts on social media by police and local media, the operator of the vehicle contacted police.
Police now say it was a case of mistaken identity and no criminal activity occurred.
