Genoa Township Police are searching for a tan sedan after a hit-and-run crash early Saturday morning.

According to the Genoa Township Police department, a bicyclist was struck by a four-door tan vehicle on Red bank Road at Lake of the Woods Drive. The driver fled the scene in the vehicle. Police say the vehicle is missing the passenger side mirror and may have other damage.

The cyclist was taken to an area hospital by Genoa Township Fire Department. Police say the victim was alert and talking with officers and medics.
