HILLIARD, Ohio (WCMH) – A fast-casual restaurant known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers and freshly churned frozen custard is now open in Hilliard.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is now welcoming customers at 1719 Hilliard Rome Rd., after opening on Feb. 4. The new location joins 21 restaurants across Ohio and the eatery’s recent opening in Grove City in December.
With seating for 80 guests, the 2,788-square-foot restaurant also offers mobile ordering for customers on the go through the Freddy’s app and website. According to franchise operator JJ Ramsey, the restaurant’s location is easily accessible for those traveling along the highway and is convenient for area shoppers.
The restaurant is known for its steakburgers that are made with lean 100% ground beef, along with several options including all-beef hot dogs, crispy shoestring fries and chocolate or vanilla frozen custard on the menu. The restaurant’s burgers are usually made with Freddy’s “famous seasoning,” along with cheese, mustard, onion slices and pickles.
Freddy’s in Hilliard is open 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
