HILLIARD, Ohio (WCMH) – A new piece of artwork from a local artist is set to be installed at Hilliard Station Park this month.
A 10-foot pyramid made out of stainless steel is coming to Hilliard’s downtown area the week of April 7, according to the city. The sculpture is described as a wildlife-themed art that’s crafted by local artist, Andrew Lundberg of Lundberg Industrial Arts.

Not only does the pyramid show off intricate designs, but the artwork will also light up the night in Hilliard with its LED lights. Lundberg designed the sculpture after receiving a request from the Hilliard Public Arts Commission for a “Wildlife Call for Artist” in 2023.
Lundberg told the city of Hilliard that the sculpture has “depictions of the region’s flora and fauna, casting a glow that represents the area’s rich electrical resources.” In honor of the city’s new addition to the park, there will be a dedication ceremony this June at one of the City’s Celebration at the Station concerts.
According to the city, the pyramid will be placed in front of the Heritage Rail Trail sign, located on the north side of the park. Lundberg’s sculpture joins a variety of other local projects through the Hilliard PAC including the Center Street Mural, traffic boxes that residents can view through the town that showcase sunflower designs and much more.
