COLUMBUS (WCMH) —The United States Marshals Service has announced a new list of most-wanted fugitives in central Ohio.

These four men are wanted on various charges including rape and kidnapping, aggravated robbery, violating parole, and failure to register as a sex offender. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of any suspect on this list is urged to contact the USMS central Ohio field office at 614-469-5540. To send an anonymous tip via text message to the USMS Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team, text the keyword “SOFAST” along with your tip to 847411.

All tips are anonymous and rewards may be available for information that leads to an arrest.

Stevie Black

Stevie Black, 53, is wanted by the Columbus Division of Police on charges of rape and kidnapping. Black is a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds.

Demond Blackwell

Demond Blackwell, 43, is wanted by the Columbus Division of Police for aggravated burglary. Blackwell is a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds.

Louis Jackson

Louis Jackson, 42, is wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for violating the conditions of his parole. Jackson is a black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds.

Steven Lambert – IN CUSTODY

Steven Lambert, 25, is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for failure to register as a sex offender. Lambert is a white male with green eyes and brown hair. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds.
