The Franklin County EMA says that the National Weather Service confirmed a tornado touched down in Grove City on Tuesday.
According to the EMA that tornado reached speeds between 100 to 110 mph.
Photos from the scene show damage along Hoover Road, near Hoover Crossing Way.
On Tuesday, AEP has reported that it may be up to 36 hours before all electricity is restored.
