ATHENS, OH (WCMH) — A Nelsonville man was arrested Monday, accused of rape and sexual battery in a case involving two 15-year-old girls.

Brandon Thomas Humphrey, 18, of Nelsonville, is charged with rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

“Humphrey is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a fifteen (15) year old female without her consent on or about July 9, 2018. Humphrey is further accused of engaging in sexual conduct with another fifteen (15) year old female on July 3, 2018,” said Athens County Prosecutor Keller J. Blackburn.

Humphrey is expected to appear in court Tuesday.
