NEWARK, Ohio (WCMH) — An Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket has granted one lucky player millionaire status.

According to a news release from the lottery, the $20 ticket was purchased at the Duchess inside a BP gas station on North 21st Street. The top prize is $80,000 annually for 25 years, or $2 million in total prize money.

The winner, identified only by his first name, Dave, claimed his prize on Feb.11. Dave chose the cash option of $1 million and will receive $720,000 after mandatory state and federal taxes.

After Dave’s win, three top prizes remain in the game.   The overall odds of winning the $2,000,000 Cash Blast are one in 3.67, the lottery notes on its website.
